We're BAWSI (pronounced "bossy") and proud of it! BAWSI programs create avenues for strong, talented and accomplished women athletes and coaches to inspire girls, women and families with their leadership skills and community service.

Join us in imagining No Limits for any young girl or woman in sports in the Bay Area! Imagine a community of little girls feeling energized by a new, healthy attitude toward exercise. Imagine dads and daughters filling seats at women's sports events with one particular goal in mind... to create dreams of going to college, perhaps playing a sport, and most importantly, of being a strong woman. Imagine kids with physical disabilities learning about exercise, sports and self-esteem from accomplished wheelchair athletes. Imagine Spanish speaking women learning how to exercise and being supported by a team and a coach for the first time in their lives.

Imagine a level playing field for women and girls in sports.
