Notre Dame High School Athletes - "Girl Power in Action"
Notre Dame student-athletes put their talents and gifts into action as coaches for the BAWSI Girls team at Goss Elementary School every Wednesday. This is the third season they are serving as coaches for BAWSI Girls. The afternoon is filled with bright cones, fun music, high fives, lots of cheering and huge smiles. The coaches represent strong athletic programs from Notre Dame High School and a tradition of dedication, commitment and teamwork. Hannah Rose Robinson, Candace Masaquel, Ava Bambico, Ariel Navarette, Sherry Padlan, Kiana Williams, Kimberlin Borca and Rebecca Mantecon are proud members of the basketball and soccer programs. Every week these student athlete coaches look forward to working with the BAWSI girls program.
Notre Dame High School has been educating young women since 1851. The Notre Dame motto is to "teach women what they need to know for life." These student athletes continue to live out this mission as they inspire each young participant at BAWSI to be proud of who they are, what they can accomplish and what a valuable asset they are to their BAWSI team.
